Çorum Municipality is showcasing the city's culinary heritage at the 28th San Sebastian Gastronomika in Spain, held from October 5 to 7, 2026. As the only city-level participant in the event, Çorum is utilizing the platform to present its thousand-year-old food culture to an international audience of chefs, professionals, and academics.

The Çorum gastronomy stand features over 40 products, many of which hold geographical indication status. In addition to food, the exhibition highlights the region's cultural heritage through traditional handicrafts, including hand-woven carpets, İskilip silk fabrics, and Hittite figures.

During the event, chefs prepare local delicacies in a dedicated kitchen for visitors. Special events, including a reception at Miramar Palace, are scheduled to introduce the city's refined flavors to prominent figures in the global gastronomy industry.
