Çorum to launch tenders for new health clinic and 504 social housing units

AK Party Provincial Chairman Yakup Alar has announced upcoming tenders for significant infrastructure investments in Çorum, Turkey.

A new service building for the Hasanpaşa District Polyclinic is scheduled for tender on November 6, 2026. The facility will feature a total construction area of 3,448 square meters. The building is planned to include 20 polyclinics across the ground and first floors, a physical therapy unit with seven treatment rooms on the second floor, and eight dental polyclinics along with administrative areas and a cafeteria on the third floor.

Additionally, as part of the 500,000 Social Housing Project, tenders for 504 residential units will be held in November 2026. This includes 264 units in the Celilkırı neighborhood of central Çorum, with a tender date of November 18, and 240 units in the Manastır neighborhood of Sungurlu, scheduled for November 24.
