Orzaks İlaç launches subsidiary in Delhi, India

Orzaks İlaç and Kimya Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. reported to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that they will establish a wholly owned subsidiary, Orzax Life Sciences Private Limited, in Delhi, India. The move is part of the company's international growth strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in the Asia‑Pacific region.

The new entity, capitalised at 100,000 Indian rupees with Orzaks holding a 99.99% stake, will enable the firm to localise production and sales in India's fast‑growing dietary‑supplement market, projected to reach $11 billion by 2030, and to tap the cosmetics sector forecast to hit $27 billion in 2025 and $39 billion by 2030. The company cited the proximity of raw‑material sources and cost and logistics advantages as key incentives.
