Osaka dining updates: New ramen openings and Yoshinoya subsidiary expansion
New dining developments have been noted in the Osaka region. Stamina Ramen Yaruki Dase held its grand opening on September 1, 2026, at its Shinjo main branch in Higashiyodogawa-ku, Osaka. The restaurant occupies the former site of Hakata Tonkotsu Tenjinba and operates from 17:00 to 21:00, with Wednesdays as its regular closing day.
Additionally, Torikichi, a ramen chain operated by a subsidiary of Yoshinoya Holdings, is serving Kyoto-style chicken broth ramen at its Settsu Torikai location. The menu features thick, rich chicken broth available in soy sauce, salt, and miso varieties. Customers can customize their orders via touch panels, selecting options for noodle volume, firmness, and vegetable toppings.
