Osaka Ohsho launches limited-time Sukiyaki Tenshinhan menu

The Chinese food chain Osaka Ohsho has launched a limited-time menu item, the ‘SUKIYAKI Fuwa-toro Tenshinhan’, available from September 28 to October 25. The dish features soft, fluffy eggs topped with sweet and savory sukiyaki-style beef kalbi and an egg yolk.

The release coincides with ‘Tenshinhan Day’ on October 18, a commemorative day officially recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association and established by Osaka Ohsho. The menu offers two meat portions: a ‘Light’ version with 70g of beef for 980 yen and a ‘Regular’ version with 100g for 1,180 yen. Gyoza sets are also available.

Additionally, the first 200 customers at each location who order the new dish will receive a voucher to upgrade a future order of regular Tenshinhan to ‘Fuwa-toro Tenshin Fried Rice’ for an additional 100 yen.
