Osasuna appoints Luis Miguel Ramis as head coach through 2028

Club Atlético Osasuna announced the hiring of Luis Miguel Ramis as the new first‑team manager, signing him until 30 June 2028. It will be Ramis’s first appointment in LaLiga after a successful spell at Burgos CF, where he led the side to a record 72 points and the best defensive record in the Spanish second division.

Ramis arrived in Pamplona accompanied by a technical team that includes José Manuel Gil as assistant coach, Iván Madroño as aide, Miguel Ángel Fernández as fitness coach and José Fajardo as analyst. During his introductory press conference, he emphasized the club’s ambition, the importance of the youth academy and the desire to build a competitive, recognizable side.

The presentation took place at the El Sadar stadium, where Ramis expressed confidence in the squad and outlined a plan focused on defensive solidity and collective effort, aiming to maintain Osasuna’s presence in the top flight.
