OSC Potsdam and SV Cannstatt begin water polo Conference-Cup campaign

German water polo clubs OSC Potsdam and SV Cannstatt are entering the first qualification round of the Conference-Cup.

OSC Potsdam competes in Group D, facing a challenging schedule in Hungary. Their opponents include Szegedi VE, Vasas Budapest, Iberia Tbilisi, and VK Banja Luka. The group features several former European cup winners, including Szegedi VE and Vasas Budapest.

SV Cannstatt, making its international debut one year after promotion to the Bundesliga, competes in Group B in Athens, Greece. Their group includes Panionios GSS, Spartak Volgograd, VK Zadar, and Vitoria SC. Both German teams are considered underdogs in their respective groups and intend to use the tournament to develop their young players.
