Italy agricultural and industrial sectors report regional updates

Various regional developments in Italy's agricultural and industrial sectors have been reported. In Melissa, local authorities and Cantine De Luca have established a solution to assist farmers with grape placement and sales.

In the industrial sector, Confindustria Cuneo has updated its General Council, while Confindustria Ancona has elected Andrea Lardini as president of its Fashion Group. Confindustria Romagna has also appointed Federico Giannini as president of its young entrepreneurs for the 2026-2030 term, focusing on artificial intelligence and energy.

In the enogastronomy sector, the fifth Etna Wine Forum is scheduled for October 8-11 in Biancavilla, featuring Michelin-starred chefs to promote wines from the Etna southwest slope. Additionally, the Nebrodi Mountains will host a journalism and food festival from October 2-4, and Molino Naldoni in Faenza recently held an event highlighting the Romagnolo grain supply chain.
