Oscar Pistorius establishes new life with job, church and partner after parole

Former Paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius was released on parole in January 2024 and is serving the remainder of his 13‑year murder sentence, which ends in December 2029. He lives in a mansion in Waterkloof, Pretoria, with his uncle Arnold Vosloo. Pistorius has taken a job with a sound‑engineering firm, participates in local padel matches and entered Ironman events under an alias.

He volunteers at the 3Ci church, where he is described as a regular helper and member of the congregation. Pistorius is also reported to be in a new romantic relationship with entrepreneur Rita Greyling, who resembles his late girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. The former athlete’s new routine includes coffee‑shop visits, bike‑shop trips and community involvement, marking a marked shift from his previous public profile.
