OSEF plans new office and pharmacy in Tolhuin, Argentina

The board of the Obra Social del Estado Fueguino (OSEF) met with Tolhuin city councilors to advance a proposal for constructing an OSEF administrative headquarters and an institutional pharmacy in the town. The project is part of a debt‑compensation mechanism and will require a signed agreement and ratification by the municipality, the city council and OSEF.

Officials present included OSEF President Gustavo García, Vice‑President Jorge Giménez, directors Adriana Soria and Horacio Gallegos, and councilors Matías Rodríguez, Jeannette Alderete, Marcelo Muñoz and Rosana Del Valle Taberna. OSEF said the facilities would decentralise services, improve affiliates' access to medicines and medical benefits, and would not affect drug purchases or coverage. The organisation is simultaneously reviewing contracts and procurement processes to optimise resources.
