OSEF to file criminal complaints over illegal medicine sales

The Obra Social del Estado Fueguino (OSEF) has announced it will file criminal complaints following the discovery of illegal sales of medications on social media. These drugs, which are provided free of charge to OSEF beneficiaries, were being offered for sale without professional or sanitary oversight.

OSEF identified several specific products involved in the unauthorized commercialization, including Elefax XR 150, Elefax LP 150, Pregabalina Gador, Pregabalina Plenica, Sesaren XR, Prebictal 75, and Seripan 75. The institution warned that these practices cause economic damage to the organization and pose a grave health risk to anyone purchasing unregulated products.

The organization stated it is working with police and judicial authorities to identify those responsible for the posts and the subsequent sale of the medications.
