Osher Lifelong Learning Institute provides educational programs for older adults
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) continues to provide educational and social programming for older adults across the United States.
At LSU, the program emphasizes both cognitive health and community building. Members participate in various activities, including yoga and ‘Coffee with Speakers’ sessions, which feature guest lectures on diverse topics such as pilgrimage trails and local library services.
In Vermont, the Springfield OLLI, supported by the University of Vermont, has announced its fall 2026 schedule. The upcoming programming includes historical lectures on the Green Mountain Frontier, poetry discussions, ornithology presentations, and insights into American midterm elections and ecology.
