Oshi no Ko announces fourth and final anime season

The anime series Oshi no Ko has officially announced its fourth and final season. During the Ichigo Production☆Fan Thanksgiving 2026 event held on August 16, producers released a new promotional key visual and a teaser trailer to mark the beginning of the series' conclusion.

The final season will conclude the adaptation of the manga written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. While a specific release date has not yet been confirmed, Crunchyroll has already announced it will handle simultaneous streaming distribution alongside the Japanese broadcast.

The production, handled by studio Doga Kobo, will feature new cast members Yuto Takenaka, Shun Yoshizumi, and Yōji Ueda. The series, which explores the dark side of the entertainment industry through themes of mystery and psychological drama, is expected to bring the journeys of characters such as Aqua, Ruby, and Ai Hoshino to a definitive end.
