Osleys Iglesias retains IBF super middleweight title via TKO

Osleys Iglesias successfully defended his IBF super middleweight world title with a seventh-round technical knockout victory over Oliver Zaren at the Théâtre Capitole in Québec City, Canada.

During the bout, Iglesias steadily broke down the Danish challenger. Zaren suffered a cut above his right eye and was knocked down twice in the sixth round by hooks. Although a ringside physician examined Zaren at the start of the seventh round, his corner eventually threw in the towel to end the contest while Zaren was still standing.

With this win, Iglesias improves his professional record to 16-0. The victory maintains his status as a top contender in the 168-pound division. For Zaren, the defeat marks his first professional loss, dropping his record to 20-1-1.
