Osmangazi hosts 20th International NAKEM Balkan Festival

The 20th International NAKEM Balkan Festival was held at the Kültürpark Open Air Theatre in Osmangazi, Bursa. Organized by the Osmangazi Municipality, the event aimed to preserve the cultural heritage of the Balkan region and strengthen brotherhood ties.

The festival featured approximately 500 dancers from six different countries, including Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, and Montenegro. Participants performed traditional folk dances and music, showcasing the diverse cultural richness of the Balkan Peninsula through colorful costumes and choreographed performances. The event also included a concert by Rumeli Semih and was attended by local officials, including Osmangazi Mayor Erkan Aydın.
