Osmangazi Mayor Erkan Aydın personally answers citizen calls

Osmangazi Mayor Erkan Aydın has personally engaged with residents by answering calls at the Osmangazi Municipality Call Center. During a visit to the 24/7 facility, Aydın responded to citizen inquiries, suggestions, and complaints directly to ensure rapid resolution of local issues.

In one instance, a resident reported debris piles in front of their home; following the Mayor's immediate instruction, municipal cleaning teams arrived to remove the waste shortly after the call.

According to data from the digital feedback platform Sikayetvar, Osmangazi Municipality currently holds the top satisfaction ranking among municipalities in Turkey with a satisfaction rate of 63/100. The municipality reportedly responds to 100% of submitted complaints within an average of five hours.
