Osmangazi Municipality to launch Toy Library in Demirkapı

Osmangazi Municipality is launching a Toy House and Toy Library project in the Demirkapı Neighborhood to promote social solidarity and sharing among children. The initiative aims to provide access to toys for children in need while repurposing unused toys from households.

Four-and-a-half-year-old Defne Canbazgiller became the project's first donor, delivering educational and colorful toys to Osmangazi Deputy Mayor Mutlu Esendemir. The library is scheduled to begin operations on August 30. Esendemir has called upon citizens to donate unused toys, noting that all donations will be recorded and distributed to children who lack access to them.
