Osmaniye Nursing Home wins senior Bocce League championship

The Osmaniye Nursing Home team emerged as the champion of the 8th Turkey Bocce League Championship for adults aged 60 and over. The tournament finals were held in Çanakkale at the Güzelyalı National Teams Camp and Training Center, coordinated by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

In the final match, the Osmaniye team defeated the Fethiye Nursing Home team with a score of 12-2. The event was attended by various officials, including Deputy Minister of Family and Social Services Adil Çalışkan, who presented medals and trophies to the winners.

During the ceremony, Deputy Minister Çalışkan emphasized the government's goal to improve facilities for citizens, ranging from sports halls to nursing homes. He expressed a desire to host future rejuvenation olympics in more central locations to ensure higher participation from nursing homes across the country.
