OSR Group unveils Shri Shyam Township near Khatu Shyam Ji
OSR Group has announced the development of Shri Shyam Township in the Jalund–Maganpur area of Khatu Shyam Ji, Sikar, Rajasthan. The project aims to capitalize on the growing pilgrimage traffic in North India by integrating residential living with spiritual and hospitality services.
The planned township is designed as a gated community featuring 30–40 ft. wide internal roads, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, Wi-Fi connectivity, fresh water supply, and jogging tracks. A modern clubhouse is also proposed, which will include a gymnasium, cricket practice area, and various recreational zones for children and adults.
Beyond standard residential offerings such as plots, villas, and studio apartments, the development intends to include resorts and hospitality concepts. A central feature of the township will be the proposed Shri Jagannath Temple, intended to serve as a spiritual hub for the community. The project is led by Adv. Praveen Bhati, Founder and Chairman of OSR Group.
