Osstem Implant ranks first in dental equipment A/S satisfaction

Osstem Implant has secured the top position in three key categories regarding dental equipment after-sales service (A/S) in a survey conducted by Dentphoto, South Korea’s largest dental professional community. The survey included 1,000 dental professionals, comprising 877 practitioners and 123 non-practitioners, spanning various ages and geographic locations including rural areas.

In the category of A/S response speed, Osstem Implant received 44.4% of the votes, significantly outpacing the second and third-place companies, which received 9.7% and 8.7% respectively. Regarding on-site problem-solving capability, the company earned 39.2% of responses, while the runners-up recorded 12.1% and 8.0%. For overall A/S satisfaction, Osstem Implant led with 40.2%, compared to 9.8% and 8.7% for the next two companies.

The company noted that its results stem from providing rapid and accurate after-care from the customer's perspective. Osstem Implant maintains dedicated regional A/S teams to support stable clinical operations through installation, training, and maintenance.
