Osun IPAC disowns representatives in Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council
The Osun State chapter of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has officially disowned several individuals listed as its representatives in the Osun Presidential Campaign Council (PCC). The council issued a statement clarifying that the individuals named by Governor Ademola Adeleke, the state coordinator for the Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council, were never authorized or nominated to represent the body.
According to the statement, which was signed by leaders of various political parties including the Action Alliance, Labour Party, and All Progressives Grand Alliance, the inclusion of these names is misleading and intended to create a false impression of broad-based political acceptance. IPAC emphasized that it is a structured organization and any official representation must follow established due process and formal communication from its secretariat.
The council urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to recognize the listed individuals as legitimate representatives of the inter-party body.
