Oswestry man pleads guilty to assault, theft and exposure

Talib Hussain, a 44-year-old man from Oswestry, has pleaded guilty to three separate offences committed in Manchester over the past year.

During a hearing at Manchester Magistrates Court, Hussain admitted to exposing his genitals on September 28 last year with the intent to cause alarm or distress. He also pleaded guilty to assaulting a man on February 5 and to the theft of a Black Samsung mobile phone from staff at Cromwood Housing at the Holiday Inn in Manchester around January 4. Hussain is scheduled to be sentenced at a hearing next month.
