Otaru hosts seasonal cultural festivals and events

Otaru, Hokkaido, is currently hosting several seasonal events and cultural activities. The 77th Otaru City Cultural Festival is ongoing through November 8, 2026. Additionally, the Tenguzan Ropeway is holding its Tenguzan Thanksgiving Festival and Otaru Citizen Discount program, which runs until November 3.
