Otsuka Corporation and Infomart expand partnership for manufacturing DX

Otsuka Corporation and Infomart, Inc. have announced an expansion of their strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation (DX) within the manufacturing and wholesale sectors. The collaboration aims to address labor shortages and reduce reliance on analog business practices, such as FAX-based ordering and manual data entry.

As part of this strengthened cooperation, Otsuka Corporation will add Infomart’s wholesale ordering system, ‘TANOMU’, its ‘BP Storage’ AI-OCR series, and the ‘V-Manage’ store operation management tool to its ‘Tayorel’ business support service. This allows clients to access setup, operation, and troubleshooting support for these services through a single point of contact.

Furthermore, the companies will integrate Otsuka Corporation’s ‘SMILE V 2nd Edition Sales’ management system with ‘TANOMU’ and ‘BP Storage for Invoice Issuance’ to enable seamless data transfer. Looking ahead, the companies plan to add ‘invox’ AI-OCR ordering services to the ‘Tayorel’ platform by 2027.
