Otsuka Pharmaceutical expands SOYJOY brand with new flavor

Otsuka Pharmaceutical is expanding its SOYJOY brand with the launch of a new flavor, ‘Matcha & Yuzu’, scheduled for release on September 7. The product is a low-GI soy bar designed to provide easy access to soy nutrition, such as protein and dietary fiber, as both a snack and a supplemental food item.

The new flavor features a rich matcha taste combined with a bright yuzu aroma and includes macadamia nuts. Each 30g bar contains approximately 144 kcal, 5.6g of protein, and 23mg of soy isoflavones. The SOYJOY line, which celebrates its 20th anniversary, consists of gluten-free bars made from whole soy flour.
