Multiple Oktoberfest-themed festivals and celebrations are scheduled across various Italian regions.

In Bari, the second edition of OktoberfestBari will take place at PalaBarTino from September 25 to 27, featuring Bavarian gastronomy, beer tastings, and educational masterclasses. Trani will host its third edition from September 24 to 27 in Piazza Gradenigo, blending Bavarian traditions with local Apulian flavors. Potenza will host its first-ever Oktoberfest in Basilicata from September 23 to 27 at the Piazza della Regione Basilicata.

Other regional events include a celebration in Tricesimo from October 2 to 4 to mark the 30th anniversary of Gasthaus Heinz, featuring a community run and local tournaments. Omegna will host a six-day event at the Area Ciminiera from September 25 to October 4, offering Bavarian beers and live music under a heated marquee. Additionally, the Lido di Mandello will hold its first Oktoberfest weekend on September 26 and 27, featuring 1990s-themed music and house music sets.
