OTTOCAST launches OttoSafe Cam with wireless CarPlay and dash cam integration

OTTOCAST CORPORATION LIMITED has launched the OttoSafe Cam, a 2-in-1 device that combines a dash camera with a wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapter. Designed to reduce vehicle clutter and cable dependency, the device allows users to convert wired CarPlay systems into wireless ones, enabling automatic connection for iPhones and Android devices.

The OttoSafe Cam features dual-camera recording with a 2K resolution front camera and a 1080P rear camera. It includes a G-sensor for emergency recording during impacts, supports loop recording, and offers a 24-hour parking monitor function via an optional ACC cable. Users can manage footage through the vehicle's display or via the Golook smartphone app using Wi-Fi.

To celebrate the launch, a promotional campaign is running on Amazon Japan through September 30, 2026, offering the device at a discount of approximately 43% off the original price.
