Ourense hosts local markets and traditional festivals

Several local community events are scheduled for Sunday, September 13, across the Ourense province. In Casarrubuelos, a second-hand market will be held at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento from 10:00 to 14:00, offering items such as books, clothing, and records to promote sustainable consumption.

In Esgos, the II Xuntanza de Entroidos will take place at the Praza da Souteira at 12:00, featuring traditional carnival representations including the Cabreiros de Muíños and Follateiros de Lobios. Additionally, a neighborhood second-hand market will be held in the Plaza de Saa and Plaza del Afilador from 11:00 to 19:00.

Other regional activities include the 38th edition of the Milla Urbana in O Barco, starting at 17:00 along the Malecón promenade, and the ongoing San Cibrao festivities in O Carballiño, which features musical performances in the Plaza Mayor.
