Ousmane Dembélé shines in PSG victory amid transfer speculation

Ousmane Dembélé played a decisive role in Paris Saint-Germain’s 4-2 Champions League victory against Manchester City, contributing one goal and one assist. Following the match, the French forward joked about requesting more vacation days from manager Luis Enrique, noting that his recent rest period helped him arrive at the European fixture with renewed energy.

Despite his strong performance in continental competition, speculation regarding his future at the club has emerged. Former rugby player Denis Charvet suggested that Dembélé may not remain at PSG for long, citing his age, potential earnings elsewhere, and the fact that his contract has not been extended beyond 2028. While Dembélé has shown high-level form in the Champions League, his impact in Ligue 1 has been noted as less consistent this season.
