Outdoor activities organized in Hökensås and Stockholm

Various local outdoor and wellness activities are being organized in Sweden.

In Hökensås, Göteborg-Majorna OK is hosting an orienteering weekend camp for adult beginners from October 31 to November 1. The event focuses on building map and compass skills in pine forest terrain, featuring guided training sessions and communal dining.

In Stockholm, the Huvudvärksförbundet is offering a free forest bathing session in Judarskogen on September 17. Led by a certified guide, the session utilizes the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku to promote stress reduction and well-being through sensory engagement with nature.
