Outdoor industry expands in Poland with new expo and retail openings

The outdoor industry in Poland is seeing new developments in both trade events and retail presence. The inaugural Outdoor Equipment Expo is scheduled to take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo from December 11–13, 2026. This event will focus on equipment, gear, and solutions for activities ranging from trekking and camping to water sports and technical clothing.

The expo will include the Outdoor Future Congress, a three-day program featuring lectures and meetings regarding market development, retail, and active tourism. The event aims to serve both end-users and industry professionals, including manufacturers, distributors, and tour organizers.

In the retail sector, the British brand Regatta Great Outdoors is expanding its presence in Nowy Sącz. A new outlet will open within the ProRowery store at the Zawada Shopping Center on October 16, 2026. The location aims to serve local enthusiasts of the Beskid Sądecki, Gorce, and Beskid Niski mountain regions with technical apparel and outdoor accessories.
