Outdoor theatrical performances scheduled in France

Various theatrical performances are scheduled in France, utilizing outdoor settings and local landscapes to engage audiences.

In Gérardmer, the company Des Corps En Voix will host a theatrical walk at La Mauselaine on August 29 and 30, 2026. The one-hour event, titled ‘Le Pendu de Martimprey’, aims to bring local legends to life through a combination of walking and performance. The project seeks to connect theater with the natural environment and reach audiences outside of traditional performance halls.

In Talensac, the company La Levée will present ‘Rouge Pompier’ on May 7, 2027. This outdoor production involves a 20-minute narrated walk through a forest, leading to a 60-minute performance. The play uses music and storytelling to explore themes of forest fires and the life of a character dreaming of being a firefighter.
