Outright Games releases The Cat in the Hat: Rainy Day Mayhem

Outright Games, in partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises, has released The Cat in the Hat: Rainy Day Mayhem. Developed by Casual Brothers Ltd., the family-friendly party game is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Based on the classic Dr. Seuss children's book, the game features 18 mini-games and a “Find the Cat” mode spanning 14 rooms. Players can control characters such as Sally, Johnny, Thing 1, Thing 2, and Kitty A, with the Cat in the Hat and the Fish providing assistance. The title supports single-player gameplay and local multiplayer for up to four players.

The game is rated PEGI 3 and is designed for all ages with simple controls and variable difficulty levels. On Steam, the game supports 17 languages, including Simplified Chinese, though it requires a controller for play and does not support keyboard and mouse.
