Overwatch launches Season 5 with new hero Doctrine

Overwatch has launched Season 5, titled ‘A Grim Doctrine’, which introduces a new support hero named Doctrine. Characterized by a vampire-like aesthetic, Doctrine provides mid-range healing and attacks, alongside teammate buffs and overhealth effects.

The season also features a new battle pass with a spooky theme. Players can unlock various cosmetics, including skins such as Ghostly Belle Ashe, Jack O’ Ripper Soldier: 76, Ghost Bride Mei, Bat Empress Junker Queen, and Autumn Fox Zenyatta. The battle pass system allows players to choose which skins to unlock first and offers the ability to progress through the current pass and a past pass simultaneously.
