OVS reports growth in H1 2026 with 877.4 million euros in sales

OVS has reported growth for the first half of 2026, with consolidated net sales reaching 877.4 million euros, a 10.7% increase compared to the first half of 2025. The group's adjusted EBITDA rose by 12.3% to 114.3 million euros.

The company also achieved a significant reduction in its financial position, with adjusted net financial debt falling by 53.6 million euros to 240.1 million euros. On an organic basis, excluding Goldenpoint, net sales grew by 6.1% to 825.4 million euros, while the EBITDA margin improved from 12.5% to 13.8%.
