Owlcat Games reveals new gameplay for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn

Owlcat Games has released a new trailer for its upcoming sci-fi role-playing game, ‘The Expanse: Osiris Reborn’, showcasing action-oriented gameplay and high-fidelity graphics. The title, based on ‘The Expanse’ license, features third-person combat with cover mechanics, various weaponry, and special abilities such as drones.

During gamescom, a playable demo highlighted the game's combat systems and narrative depth. The gameplay is noted for its similarities to the ‘Mass Effect’ series, featuring a character-driven crew and a spaceship setting. Players manage a mercenary team where strategic assignment of crew members to specific roles is essential for mission success.

The game is currently planned for release on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
