Oxalys joins European cisbox group to expand procurement solutions

Oxalys, a French SaaS editor specializing in Source-to-Pay solutions for mid-sized companies and the public sector, has announced a partnership with cisbox, a provider of ‘Office of the CFO’ solutions supported by Main Capital Partners.

As part of this transaction, cisbox will acquire a majority stake in Oxalys. This move is intended to accelerate Oxalys’s development roadmap and expand its presence across the entire procurement value chain, including strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier relationship management. The integration will complement cisbox’s existing capabilities in accounting automation.
