Oxane Partners secures growth investment from TA Associates

Trilegal, a leading Indian law firm, advised Oxane Partners and its shareholders on a strategic growth investment from TA Associates, a global private‑equity firm. Oxane Partners provides technology‑driven solutions to the private‑credit industry, and the capital will fund continued technology innovation, AI capability expansion, and talent acquisition. The transaction is slated to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins acted as international legal counsel to Oxane Partners, while Goodwin represented TA Associates. Houlihan Lokey advised TA Associates financially, and Jefferies and Avendus served as financial advisors to Oxane Partners.
