OXXO retail stores have distributed significant donations to charitable organizations in Mexico through their consumer rounding programs.

In Sinaloa, the Perla Ramos Foundation received 211,514 pesos collected from customers in the Ahome, El Fuerte, and Choix municipalities. These funds are designated for the construction of a dedicated community kitchen, which is expected to be completed by early 2027 to support vulnerable populations. Currently, the foundation provides food services at various churches in Los Mochis.

In Guanajuato, the Irapuato delegation of the Mexican Red Cross received 132,694 pesos from the ‘Cambio por Cambio’ rounding program. The funds, collected between July and September 2026, are intended to strengthen emergency services and community assistance provided by the organization.
