OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş confirmed that discussions regarding a strategic partnership are ongoing, with a finalization expected by the end of this year or early 2027. The move is part of OYAK’s goal to become an international player in the energy industry.
Recent developments include visits by Saudi Aramco executives to GüzelEnerji facilities in Aliağa, Samsun, and Gebze. While previous discussions suggested a potential 49% stake, current reports indicate a 30% shareholding option is being prioritized. The partnership may also involve rebranding stations under the Aramco name, though no official agreement has been signed yet.
