OYAK Çimento completes first phase of CEMENTA 2026 women's program
OYAK Çimento has successfully completed the first term of its CEMENTA 2026 program, an initiative designed to increase the representation of women in technical and production roles within the cement and concrete sector.
During this initial phase, 11 female employees completed specialized development processes in production, maintenance, planning, and quality departments. These graduates have officially begun their roles at the company’s facilities in Adana (4 employees), Mardin (5 employees), and Ankara (2 employees).
The program aims to promote gender equality and sustainable transformation within the industry. As of July 21, the initiative continues with the addition of three new participants at the Aslan factory.
