OYAK joins strategic partnership to form Central Asia and Caucasus Private Equity Fund

OYAK has signed a memorandum of understanding in Beijing to become a founding partner of the Central Asia and Caucasus Private Equity Fund (CACPEF). This strategic initiative aims to provide long-term capital to high-growth companies within the Central Asia and Caucasus regions.

Alongside OYAK, the fund's founding partners include the China Investment Corporation (CIC), the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), and the Uzbekistan Fund for Reconstruction and Development (UFRD). The fund is designed to combine the capital, expertise, and networks of institutional investors from China, the Middle East, and Central Asia to support industrial investment and economic development.

In addition to providing financing, CACPEF will offer participating companies access to sector expertise, technology, and international markets. This collaboration is expected to strengthen OYAK’s international investment network and facilitate new joint investment opportunities within Turkey.
