Ozempic use linked to successful pregnancies for California nurse

Areli Ruiz, a nurse from Merced, California, reports conceiving three children in two years after using Ozempic to address infertility. After being told she could not conceive, Ruiz began using the GLP-1 medication to reduce bodily inflammation.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, GLP-1 medications may assist with fertility by regulating testosterone levels, encouraging ovulation, and reducing inflammation. Ruiz, who is currently eight months pregnant with her third child, stated she intends to continue using the medication to attempt further pregnancies.
