Ozuna concert in Guatemala cancelled due to force majeure

The scheduled Ozuna concert in Guatemala, part of the ‘Una Aventura World Tour’, has been officially cancelled. The event was set to take place on Saturday, September 12, at 20:30 at Explanada 5 in Guatemala City.

Organizers, including Show Business, En Vivo Producciones, and FTC Live, issued a statement explaining that the cancellation is due to ‘force majeure’ reasons that are beyond the control of both the production companies and the artist. No specific reasons were provided, and no rescheduled date has been announced.

Regarding ticket refunds, a 100% reimbursement will be issued. For online purchases, eTicket will process the refund automatically using the original payment method. For tickets purchased at physical points of sale, customers must return to the original establishment with their ticket, proof of payment, and a valid identification document.
