Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath concert film set for October release

The concert film ‘Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning’ is scheduled for a limited theatrical release starting October 28. Produced by Mercury Studios and distributed globally by Trafalgar Releasing, the film documents the final live performance of Ozzy Osbourne alongside the original Black Sabbath lineup: Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward.

The footage captures a sold-out show held at Villa Park stadium in Birmingham, recorded just 17 days before Osbourne’s death. The film features a reunion of the original members for the first time in over twenty years and includes personal reflections from musicians inspired by the group. The final cut has a runtime of approximately 2 hours and 27 minutes. In Italy, the film will be distributed exclusively by Nexo Studios.
