Ozzy Osbourne: Sharon Osbourne reflects on final concert and health

Sharon Osbourne has shared new details regarding the final performance of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath, titled ‘Back To The Beginning,’ which took place in Birmingham. The concert, which featured a lineup including Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, and Slayer, occurred just 17 days before Osbourne’s death in 2025.

Sharon revealed that despite medical advice to avoid performing due to emphysema, Ozzy insisted on the show, stating, ‘That is what I want.’ She noted that while his physical condition made his vocal stability unpredictable, his spirit remained high. He reportedly remained in high spirits, laughing and joking, until his passing.

The concert film documenting the event is scheduled for a global theatrical release on October 28. The original event raised approximately £11 million for charity. Sharon also addressed controversy regarding a major rock band that allegedly requested over £800,000 in expenses for the charity event, a demand she rejected.
