P. O. D. releases new single ‘Outbreak’ featuring Cory Brandan

Rock band P. O. D. has released a new single titled ‘Outbreak’, featuring guest vocals from Cory Brandan, the frontman of Norma Jean. Produced by Will Yip, the track is the band’s first new original music since their 2024 album, Veritas.

Vocalist Sonny Sandoval described the track as potentially one of the heaviest the band has ever written, noting that Brandan’s voice provides a specific intensity that matches the song's power. Guitarist Marcos Curiel stated the song's theme was inspired by the band's interest in zombie movies and video games.

The release is accompanied by a zombie-themed music video, which includes a viewer discretion warning due to potentially disturbing scenes. P. O. D. is scheduled to continue touring through 2026, with upcoming dates in the United States, Mexico, and Australia.
