P.A. Properties showcases Solida house model at National Housing Expo

P. A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P. A. Properties) debuted an actual mock-up of its Solida house model during the Pag-IBIG Fund’s 2nd National Housing Expo. The event took place on October 19–20, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center.

The initiative allowed prospective homeowners to experience the design, layout, and features of the Solida model firsthand. During the two-day expo, P. A. Properties recorded 32 unit reservations. Additionally, P. A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, the joint venture responsible for the Idesia brand, secured 9 unit reservations.

The Solida model is designed around the company’s philosophy of being durable, beautiful, efficiently delivered, and affordable, aiming to provide practical and attainable housing for Filipino families.
