Pa Ranjith unveils glimpse of upcoming film Vettuvam

Filmmaker Pa Ranjith has unveiled a first look at his upcoming Tamil film, ‘Vettuvam’, through a behind-the-scenes video titled ‘World of Vettuvam’. Described as a blend of socio-political action and science fiction, the film explores a central power struggle across three distinct temporal planes: the ancient past, the present, and the future.

The narrative examines how historical conflicts and the destructive forces of ancient cultures impact contemporary life and shape future consequences. The film features a competition held during the ‘Indra Vizha’, where various groups clash using traditional martial arts to vie for leadership and authority.

‘Vettuvam’ stars VR Dinesh, Arya, and Sobhita Dhulipala. The production is a collaboration between Neelam Productions and Learn and Teach Production, with music composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
