Pablo Aimar invests in premium residential project in Río Cuarto

Former footballer Pablo Aimar is expanding his business interests in his hometown of Río Cuarto, Argentina, through a new premium residential development called Estancia Vicentina.

Aimar holds a 35% stake in the project, joining a partnership with the Mondino family (50%) and the Zizzias family (15%). Managed by architect Daniel Marconetto, the development will be situated on a 60-hectare site, with the initial phase urbanizing 18 hectares into 160 high-end residential lots ranging from 600 to 1,000 square meters.

The project aims to offer an exclusive environment with a limited number of residents. Planned amenities include an 800 to 900 square meter clubhouse featuring event halls, a gym, a heated pool, and green spaces with irrigation systems, all protected by perimeter security.
